Provider names and actual speeds still needed

Luseland School K to 12

Schools

One school covering kindergarten through grade twelve, on Prospect Avenue. A family moving here does not have to plan around a change of school.

Clinic in town and hospital nearby

Health

Luseland Medical Clinic on Grand Avenue, a pharmacy that has served the town since 1961, and the nearest hospital in Kerrobert. HealthLine on 8-1-1 around the clock.

Arena pool golf and parks

Recreation

The arena on Chipman Street, a seasonal outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course at Bell Acres, Legion Park and Prairie Park, ball diamonds at the fairgrounds, and a district museum.

Everything within walking distance

Day to day

Grocery store, Co-op home and agro centre, two fuel stops, pharmacy, credit union, insurance and SGI issuer, library, post office, salons and cafés — almost all of it on Grand Avenue.

What is available

Premises

Commercial space for sale or lease, serviced land, and housing. The Chamber keeps the list, and the Economic Development Officer knows what is coming free.

Premises and opportunities

Talk to a person

Next step

Not a contact form. Somebody weighing a move wants a human being who can walk them through grants, space, and who to speak to at the town.

What is still missing. Three things on this page have no source yet and are not estimated here: a maintained list of commercial space and serviced land, childcare capacity, and actual internet speeds by provider. Everything else comes from the Chamber's own Welcome Package of 28 May 2026.
