Stronger community
The Chamber is the business voice of Luseland and the surrounding district — a town, five rural municipalities, and two villages.
Our mission and vision
To support the development and growth of commercial, industrial, and agricultural businesses in the Luseland & District.
To be the voice of a fully engaged and innovative business community promoting the success of the Luseland & District as a whole.

Four things done properly
Promote local business
Attract new businesses and investment, and put the ones already here in front of the people looking for them.
Build connections
Networking events and forums where the people who run businesses here actually meet.
Support growth
Employee benefits, grants, funding, and training that a single small business could not reach alone.
Strengthen community
Cooperation between business, the town, and community organisations.
Hello Luseland friends
My name is Iryna Shabala, and I'm truly honoured to serve as the Economic Development Officer for the Luseland & District Chamber of Commerce.
My family and I moved to Luseland from Ukraine a little over a year ago, and it didn't take long to feel at home. There's something very special about this town — the kindness of people, the strength of families, and the way our community always comes together.
Before joining the Chamber, I managed several businesses and worked with city government, supporting local entrepreneurs and community projects. I believe that true progress begins with people — with shared values of hard work, honesty, and care for one another.
As your EDO, I'm here to support and promote local businesses, find grants and new opportunities for our town, help organise events that bring families together, and strengthen cooperation between business, community, and town.
I'm excited to continue building Luseland's future — a place where traditions stay strong, families thrive, and new ideas find their home.
How the Chamber is run
The Chamber meets on the first Wednesday of each month. The meeting is for members. Coming is entirely optional — nobody takes a register — but members are always encouraged to join the discussion, because what one business has already worked out is usually what another needs to hear.
If you would like a seat in that room, join the Chamber.
